Trusted Advisor for Wealth & Freedom

Make more.
Sacrifice less.

For high-performing women who are done choosing between a higher income and an actual life.

You already know how to succeed. That was never the problem.

The problem is what success has quietly cost you.

  • The rate you didn't raise.
  • The boundary you didn't set.
  • The room you walked out of before you said the thing you came to say.

Those are power leaks. And power leaks turn into money leaks.

Fifteen years on Wall Street trading floors. More than 2,500 executives and entrepreneurs advised since. I help successful women find where their power is draining out, close the gaps, and turn that back into money, options, time, and freedom that belongs to them.

The Part Nobody Warns You About

Success was supposed to make you freer. It made you more careful.

Here's the pattern in almost every woman who calls me. She's successful. She's respected. She's earning $200K, $500K, and more. And somewhere on the way up, the game quietly changed on her.

She stopped playing to win and started playing not to lose.

The comfort zone shrinks as the numbers grow. There's more to protect now, so she takes fewer chances.

The five quiet behaviours
  • She over-delivers and under-charges.
  • She keeps her end of agreements the other side already dropped.
  • She discounts because she bought a story about what her clients can afford.
  • She waits to be recognized instead of asking for the number.
  • In other words, she goes for gold stars instead of gold bars.

None of it looks like a crisis. That's exactly why it runs for years.

Then one ordinary morning she sits down with her coffee and thinks, "Is this it?"

You are not stuck because you're missing a strategy. You're stuck because you've been leaking power in places you stopped noticing.

Why This Works When Other Things Haven't

Most advisors work on the plan. I work on the person executing it.

You probably already know what to do. Most of my clients do. Knowing was never the bottleneck.

I came up through computer science, engineering, and robotics, then spent fifteen years on Wall Street across a range of roles, with risk management running through most of them. So I can sit inside your numbers, your positioning, and your next negotiation without flinching. I've also spent two decades learning how the body holds a decision long before the mind will admit it. I use both in the same conversation.

That combination is rare, and it's why the results come fast. We find the block. Then we build a strategy around who you actually are, instead of who you think you should be and what you should do.

My clients call me their performance shaman. I'll take it.

The Wealth & Freedom Acceleration Framework

Five moves.

This is the framework every client runs, shaped to their situation.

Ways to Work Together

One to one. Always.

Nothing here is off the shelf. You get my full attention on your actual situation, and we build the answer together. What that looks like depends on what you're carrying and how fast you want it moved, and we'll shape it in the conversation.

I.

The VIP Day

One day. One decision you've been circling for months, finally made.

  • Get crystal clear on what you really want, not what you should want or what others expect of you.
  • Identify what is really keeping you from making the decision, including the fears, programming, and blind spots you may not see.
  • Get clear on the real risks, trade-offs, and opportunities so you can stop going back and forth.
  • Trust yourself and your decision so you can stop second-guessing and move forward with confidence.
  • Leave with an aligned game plan and clear next steps to turn your decision into action and momentum.

Best for: you want a decision made and a plan you trust, and you want it this month.

II.

  • Strengthen your confidence and self-trust so you stop second-guessing yourself, make quicker aligned decisions, and take bigger chances.

What I Believe

What you tolerate, you teach.

Every rate you don't raise teaches someone what you're worth. Every agreement you honor after they've broken theirs teaches them the terms. Every time you shrink to keep the peace, you're training the room.

The reverse is also true, and it moves faster than you'd expect.

I'm not interested in you having more money for its own sake. I'm interested in what more money buys you: the ability to say no, to walk, to choose, to fund the thing you actually care about. More money is more options. More options is freedom.

Freedom. Fulfillment. Fun. Funds. You were taught to trade them against each other. You don't have to.

About Nazy

I learned this the expensive way.

In my early twenties I owned a home, drove a new Porsche, and was the youngest of my peers to make VP. Multiple six-figure net worth. Self-made by anyone's measure.

Then I got married, and I did what I'd been raised to do. I compromised. I accommodated. I took the back seat in my own life, one reasonable-sounding decision at a time. Caught between cultures and expectations, I gave away the one thing that had made me successful so young: my power.

The money followed it out the door.

After the divorce I had nothing. Not just net worth. Self-worth. I was working full time on Wall Street and still had to borrow from my father to rent an apartment.

It was the best thing that ever happened to me, though it took a few years before I could say that out loud.

Once I could see the leaks, I could close them. Six years later my net worth was seven figures. I did it on Wall Street. I did it as a consultant. I did it in my second language, in rooms that weren't built for me. A mentor once congratulated me on how many glass ceilings I'd broken. I thanked him, and I had to go and look up what a glass ceiling was.

I was brought up in a culture with the expectation of becoming a housewife, but that was never my dream. I studied computing and engineering instead, then robotics. Since then I've walked on fire, jumped off a pole, skydived, scuba-dived, swum with dolphins, and moved to London, knowing nobody, among other things. I mention it because the pattern holds everywhere: the thing stopping you is almost never the thing in front of you.

The Personal Power Leaks Assessment

Find out where it's going.

Most power leaks stay invisible until somebody points at them. This assessment walks you through the places high-performing women most often give theirs away and shows you what each one is quietly costing.

Ten minutes. No call required. You'll finish knowing more about your own pattern than you did this morning.

The Next Move

Success was only the beginning.

You built something real. You're allowed to want more from it, and you're allowed to want it without paying for it with the rest of your life.

We'll spend the conversation on your situation: what you're building, what's stalled, and where I think the leak is. If we're a fit, I'll tell you. If we're not, I'll tell you that too and point you somewhere better.
